I was just noticing how bland most of these entries are getting. First of all, I have to apologize for not really doing anything for the past week. It certainly hasn't helped. But aside from that, are there any things you folks in particular want me to write about?

Alex, please understand that your blog has become a pretty big deal. I was not going to say anything, but the negotiations for the movie rights have progressed to the next level. They are just trying to figure out who is going to play the role of Alex. Speaking for myself, I hope you keep up the effort. It means that I don't have to leave the house during the day. I can just travel through your words and photos.
Also, you might appreciate your recordings in a few years when you are a senior officer at Google and not able to travel as much. Think of it as a diary as much as a travel blog. It is fun hearing about the folks you are meeting and your stories are great. Keep it coming, dude!
